Using the service

SpecCraft is an infinite-canvas tool with an AI assistant. You are responsible for the content you create and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws. Don’t misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to create unlawful or infringing content.

Your Anthropic API key and costs

The AI features use your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secure and for any usage and charges Anthropic bills to your account. Your use of Anthropic’s API is also subject to Anthropic’s own terms.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions and content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it in order to operate the service (for example, persisting and syncing your canvases).

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. SpecCraft is open source; the hosted service may change independently of the source code.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecCraft and its maintainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or costs (including third-party API charges) arising from your use of the service.
